Staff (as required)

Waitstaff: (1 waitstaff per 10 guests) (for formal dining or additional cocktails we may require additional wait staff on top of normal ratio)

$400 (up to 4 hours) per waitstaff. $50 per waitstaff per hour for every hour in excess of 4 hours.

Chef (for charters longer than 4 hours)

$350 per hour for up to 4 hours, $100 per chef per hour for each hour more than 4 hours. Please confirm number of chefs required for your event.

PLEASE NOTE: Chef fee included for 4 hour charter provided food costs exceeded $1000. Chef is $100 per hour per chef for each hour after that.

Waitstaff rates are $400 for first 4 hours then $50 per hour for each hour thereafter, Ratio must be 1 waitstaff per 10 guests.

Overnight 24 hours for up to 12 guests (except December and public holidays)

FORMAL DINING
Fees may apply for furniture removal and storage.

3. 30% Advanced Provisioning Allowance (APA) applies to all overnight, multi day and weekly charters
4. 20% vessel hire surcharge applies on Public Holidays
5. 100% Chef and Waitstaff surcharge applies on Public Holidays
